1. Scope of Application:

1.1 The following General Conditions of Sale from JET shall exclusively apply for all contracts entered into with companies.
1.2 Companies or business partners, hereinafter referred to as “Contractual Partner”, refer within the meaning of these General Conditions of Sale in particular to JET´s business partners and suppliers.
1.3 Upon the making of an order, the Contractual Partner acknowledges these General Conditions of sale to be binding, even if these conditions were not expressly referred to in subsequent contracts.


2. Contradiction with other Conditions of Sale:

Insofar as the Contractual Partner also utilises its own general conditions of sale, the contract entered into between parties shall incorporate General Conditions of Sale, regardless of whether parties had expressly agreed on the same. Insofar as the general conditions of sale coincide in content, the same shall be deemed as agreed upon. For all contradictory individual conditions, the applicable regulations contained in the Civil Code shall then apply. The same shall apply for the event that the Contractual Partner maintains conditions of sale which do not come within the scope of these General Conditions of Sale. In the event that these General Conditions of Sale contain regulations which are not contained in the conditions of sale maintained by the Contractual Partner, the regulations contained in these General Conditions of Sale shall apply.
